1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sea Sight ("the Service"), provided by Sea Sight Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sea Sight provides AI-powered video intelligence software for marina management. The Service includes real-time vessel tracking, berth occupancy monitoring, smart alerts, and analytics through a web-based platform that connects to your existing camera infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Free Trial and Pricing

New accounts receive a 3-month free trial with full platform access. After the trial period, the Service is billed at $10 USD per month. You may cancel at any time. No credit card is required to start the free trial.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

5. Your Data and Camera Feeds

You retain ownership of all data you provide and all video feeds processed through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to capture and process video at your marina, including compliance with applicable surveillance and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Use the Service to monitor areas where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and AI models, is owned by Sea Sight Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the subscription term.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sea Sight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
